1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UnikVision's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

UnikVision provides content creation and management services including but not limited to:

• Content strategy development and planning
• Script writing and content creation
• Professional video editing
• Social media page and channel management
• Content publishing and optimization
• Growth strategy consulting

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts and platforms
• Review and approve content in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as per the agreed pricing plan
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities through the content we create

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the beginning of each service period. Late payments may result in service suspension. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

• Growth Plan: ₹1 Lakh per month
• Scale+ Plan: ₹2 Lakhs per month
• Custom plans available upon request

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by UnikVision for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. UnikVision retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Results and Performance

While we employ proven strategies and systems that have generated over 6 billion views, social media growth depends on various factors including platform algorithms and audience behavior. We provide a specific Growth Guarantee (see Section 11) for our 100k followers goal. Outside of this specific guarantee, we do not promise specific engagement metrics or revenue.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to ongoing projects and deliverables will be provided based on the payment received for the current period.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business strategies, account credentials, and any other sensitive data shared during the course of the engagement.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. 100k Followers Growth Guarantee

We are committed to your success. Our signature growth guarantee is structured as follows:

• The Milestone: Our primary objective is to help you achieve 100,000 followers within a 5-month service period.
• The Extended Commitment: If the 100k follower milestone is not reached within the initial 5 months, UnikVision will continue to provide full services for an additional 2 months at no extra cost.
• The 100% Refund Policy: If, after the total 7-month period (5 months initial + 2 months free), the 100k follower goal is still not achieved, UnikVision will issue a 100% refundof the UnikVision service fees paid by the client.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that while the UnikVision service fee is 100% refundable under the guarantee, any payments already disbursed to video editors, specialized creators, or third-party production staff are strictly non-refundable as they represent work already performed.
• Eligibility: To remain eligible for this guarantee, clients must adhere to the agreed-upon content calendar, film the required number of videos as scripted, and maintain active account access for the UnikVision team.
